Du Plessis fifty, bowlers carry RCB to four-wicket win over GT

Royal Challengers Bengaluru nearly sabotaged their own chances midway through the match, but captain Faf du Plessis's explosive half-century had enough power to propel them to a four-wicket victory over Gujarat Titans in their IPL match on Saturday. This victory moved RCB up to seventh place in the standings with eight points from 11 matches, keeping their hopes for a playoff spot mathematically alive.
